Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel:

From time of confirmation of booking until 14 days before start of the program: 

• Full refund

From 14 days before the start of program until 2 days before the start of program:

• You will be given the option of a partial refund (50%) or a 100% credit towards a rescheduled program. If you cancel the rescheduled program, you do not get refunded for any amount.

Within 2 days of the start of the program

• No refund or credit will be given.

If The Curious Raccoon Co needs to cancel:

If for some reason The Curious Raccoon Co has to cancel the program due to inclement weather or other circumstances outside of our control, you will receive a full refund. Generally, our programs will run rain, snow,  or shine. However, if the weather conditions present a safety risk for travel to the program location or for participants during the program (for example, poor air quality or extreme heat/cold) we may cancel due to weather or road conditions. We will do our best to communicate a cancellation with you as soon as possible.
